Standard Refund on all non-permanent markdowns
    *Permanent markdown items are only eligible for a store credit. This does not include purchases made during promo offers. 
    Please note items marked *FINAL SALE* are not eligible to be returned, unless faulty. Please consider your purchase carefully on final sale items, as change of mind is not accepted.

    So sorry, we have temporarily turned off shipping to New Zealand as we are having postage difficulties.  
      
    Please note, return postage fees are at the customer’s expense. We would suggest using a tracked postal service, as Therapy is not responsible for missing deliveries.
