How Long Until I Receive My Order?
Delivery within Australia
- 2-5 working days for Metro Australia
- 5-10 working days for Rural Australia
Delivery within New Zealand:
- 7-14 working days for all of New Zealand
Our warehouse team work super hard to get out your orders as soon as possible! However, during high volume sale periods, there can be some delays with order processing. Due to this, please allow an additional 2 - 3 business days for dispatch.
Do You Offer Exchanges And Refunds?
If you’re not 100% happy with your new shoes, we will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of the order date. How To Care For My Shoes?
Give your shoe-drobe all the love by maintaining them! For minor scuff marks we recommend addressing this as soon as possible; by using a damp clean cloth and gently buffing the area. Keep in mind to not use any detergents or harsh chemicals on your shoes! For more complex issues we highly recommend contacting your local shoe repairer to see what they can assist you with.
